I'm in Quebec??? Hey IDS, they have to say that or they'd be legally obliged to provide free French books too (which they could if they wanted to, they do publish in French). But I guess they just don't bother to actually block Quebec-based downloads. It would cost a lot and would never work 100% effectively.

I downloaded them. I'm in Quebec??? Hey IDS, they have to say that or they'd be legally obliged to provide free French books too (which they could if they wanted to, they do publish in French). But I guess they just don't bother to actually block Quebec-based downloads. It would cost a lot and would never work 100% effectively.
