Miller said, “There’s always room for more, in my mind. As long as it’s a story that’s worth telling, as long as it feels justified and cool and edgy. It has to be something that’s not going to let the fans down, that’s going to satisfy and surprise. I’m open to the conversation.” Furthermore, Dominic Purcell (Lincoln Burrows) said he’d do years of the show and in his words, “would love to do a Season 6”. Although, Paul Scheuring the creator, didn’t agree with either Dominic and the rest of the cast back then. But by the time Scheuring spoke at TV festival PaleyFest in March, he seemed to have changed his mind.
Scheuring said, “It all comes from Fox ultimately.” To this Fox heads agreed in unison. And it looks like Season 6 preparation is already in motion.
Prison Break Season 6: Plot Season 5 ended with granting full immunity to Michael for the crimes he committed while under the ruthless CIA agent Poseidon (Mark Feuerstein). That being said, co-showrunner Vaun Wilmott has confirmed that “ideas are percolating.” Which undoubtedly means that they are looking for more twist and turns to be plotted in the lives of Michael and his group.
